By downloading, installing, or using the Doser mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Medical Disclaimer
Doser is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is a medication tracking and reminder tool designed to help parents and caregivers organize medication schedules. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication.
- Do not rely solely on this App for medication safety. The conflict detection and minimum-time-between-doses features are informational aids, not clinical safeguards.
- In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Use of the App
You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose as a medication tracker and reminder tool
- Provide accurate medication and dosage information
- Verify all medication information with a healthcare professional
- Take responsibility for the accuracy of data you enter
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of all medication data entered into the App
- Administering the correct medications and dosages to your children
- Ensuring device notifications are enabled if you rely on reminders
- Backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover lost data if your device is lost, damaged, or reset.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KC Digital Solutions and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Missed or incorrect medication doses
- Adverse health outcomes related to medication administration
- Loss of data stored on your device
- Failure of notifications or reminders to be delivered
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability of notification delivery, which depends on your device's operating system, settings, internet connectivity, and third-party notification services.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by KC Digital Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
